In case you have created a sub-account under your primary billing account you can delete that by following the steps as follows:

Step 1: Login to your billing account by visiting

Step 2: Once logged in click on "My Details" on top menu bar.

Step 3: Click on "Contacts/Sub-Accounts" link shown on top.

Step 4: Choose required sub account email id from drop down and then scroll down the page you can see "Delete Contact" button to delete that sub account if required.
