Please note that we need to prepay the amount to our upstream providers thus any form of credit will not be possible all clients are requested to kindly clear your dues on or before the due date to have uninterrupted services.

We recommend making payments in one term only as that is easy for accounting and processing. However, if there is any exceptional case where you want to clear your dues by or before due date but want to pay in 2 terms half payment at a time then here is the procedure for the same:

Please open the proforma invoice copy received by you in your email id for proforma invoice number, amount you want to pay and due date confirmation.

Now visit and make payment of required amount you want to pay as partial payment against any service renewal. We have payment gateway connected there but you need to inform us manually with received receipt to to apply your partial payments. Kindly note that any such manual payment on payment gateway page of us do not auto credited to proforma invoices.

So once made a partial payment email receipt to, include the payment transfer details and mention if you have paid using our Razorpay gateway link mentioned above. Our team will manually trace and apply the required partial payments to required proforma invoice.

Please note that renewals are not processed by making partial payments as renewal is only possible on full payment received. This procedure is provided just in case instead of once you want two slots of payments terms but all the dues shall be clear in full on or before expiry date / due date.
