If your mailbox is full then best suggestion is to upgrade to higher disk quota email plans.

Here are the available options in details:

Take a required backup of your mailboxes using pop3/imap and then after delete and recreate that email id in question. Please note that IMAP can sync all folder data of your mailbox but pop3 can download only INBOX data. This is how these two technology works. Any delete action are permanent once deleted we can't reverse the action. So have this step only if required / necessary.
